Position available: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at The Woodview Inn. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until the time they depart.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  2. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  3. Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the hotel's property management system.
  4. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping informational materials up to date.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  8. Always uphold The Woodview Inn’s standards of excellence in customer service and hospitality.
