We are hiring a Front Desk Assistant for the new office in Chatham on King St. Looking for someone to start Early November.
To be clear, we aren’t after someone to just answer the phone. We need someone who is driven to help each person who calls and help us grow the business. Someone who will take calls from potential new clients, follow up with current clients, answer questions about case status, check in with leads and clients in the queue, and genuinely care about each caller. I’ll still handle the closing portion of client intake, but this person will maintain the relationships we have with the people who trust us with their futures.
