Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr CAD

Role

As a Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, checking in, and checking out guests
  • Handling phone calls and guest messages promptly and pleasantly
  • Addressing all guest queries and requests efficiently
  • Assisting guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner
  • Maintaining the company-issued float and ensuring accurate balance postings for each shift
  • Ensuring the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Related work experience in hospitality or front office is preferred
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Previous property management experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with obtaining Canadian work authorization.
