Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr CAD

Role

As a Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming, checking in, and checking out guests
  2. Handling phone calls and guest messages promptly and pleasantly
  3. Addressing all guest queries and requests efficiently
  4. Assisting guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner
  5. Maintaining the company-issued float and ensuring accurate balance postings for each shift
  6. Ensuring the Front Desk is adequately supplied and stocked at all times
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Related work experience in hospitality or front office
  2. Customer service experience required
  3. Previous property management experience is an asset
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft applications required
  5. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with obtaining Canadian work authorization.
