You’ll coordinate reservations, payments, and information about dining, entertainment, and casino offerings. This role requires 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using Opera Cloud is a strong asset.
• Ability to clear a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism at check‑in.
• Assign rooms based on reservations and preferences.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining, and entertainment.
• Assist with room reservations and handle payments accurately.
• Answer phone inquiries and manage guest requests promptly.
