Job summary

A local hotel in Terrace is seeking a front desk agent to manage guest check-ins, provide customer service, and handle reservations. Candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent full-time role paying $18.50 per hour with three vacancies available. Training will be provided.

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls. Provide customer service.
