Job Description

Front desk agents will be accountable for a multitude of functions, including but not limited to:

  1. Greet all guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  2. Make guest reservations, and actively promote package add-ons
  3. Ensure accuracy of all guest information during check-in and check-out
  4. Safely handle cash floats and any other forms of monetary transactions for guests
  5. Promptly answer all calls in a friendly and courteous manner
  6. Respond to guest needs, ensuring special requests are directed through to the appropriate department
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments
  8. Contribute to the security of the building, company assets, and team/guest safety with full adherence to security procedures
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all rooms available as well as their location, layout, and rate plans
  10. Must be willing to work Night Audit Shifts when there are issues
Job Requirements
  • Computer literacy Hotel
  • PMS experience an asset
  • Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests
