Description

This full-time position is 100% in-office at our Vancouver, WA location. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 4pm. Salary: $19.00 per hour.

About The Role

This role involves providing excellent customer service by completing daily administrative tasks that support business operations. Motivated and talented employees will receive leadership training and opportunities for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Managing the front desk and helping clients prepare for their visits
  • Scheduling client appointments
  • Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
  • Verifying client insurance benefits

Days and hours required: Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm, Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 4pm.
