Precision Honda is currently seeking a Part Time Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Here’s What You’ll Deliver

  • Greet people coming into the facility and direct them to the appropriate contact.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitoring the floor traffic and reporting sales activity including guest visits in our DMS system.
  • Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
  • Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Update the dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
  • Perform motor vehicle licensing administration.
  • Perform vehicle inventory administration.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Candidate must have availability to work every Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Organization, Prioritizing, Multitasking, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Initiative & Problem-solving Abilities.
  • Customer Service Experience is an asset.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, reliable, courteous, dependable.
  • Able to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • Willingness to be trained on a motor vehicle license.
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Google drive is considered an asset.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent

Compensation: $17.20 per hour
