Job description

We are looking for a fun and energetic Real Estate Front Desk Receptionist for our 169 Danforth Avenue, Toronto Branch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours are 9 – 5, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include :
  1. Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
  2. Scheduling and confirming all showing requests
  3. Assisting with agent requests
  4. Greeting all clients/walk-ins and maintaining overall tidiness of all common areas
  5. Coordinating the front desk
  6. Broker loading to the TREB MLS system
  7. Typing offers, amendments, and other paperwork
  8. Office administration
Requirements :
  • 1+ years working as a front desk receptionist or administrator in real estate
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Knowledge and working use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience and knowledge of Brokerbay and Nexone is an asset
  • Professional, people person, effective communicator, and superb listener
  • Desire to take initiative and ownership over the position
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
  • Team player
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written; additional languages are an asset
