About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Front Desk Administrator is a key ambassador of SIA Wealth’s brand and values. You’ll be the go-to for all things office-related, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the executive team and liaising with vendors, clients, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration

  • Greet and host guests, manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain an organized, professional office environment
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and events
  • Assist with presentations, staff communications, and executive support
  • Track attendance, vacation schedules, and update procedure manuals

Billing & Financial Admin

  • Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices and receipts
  • Reconcile payment records using tools like Stripe
  • Communicate with clients on billing questions, reminders, and statements
  • Provide billing activity reports to senior management

Who You Are

  • 3 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or reception
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office; experience with billing systems like Stripe is a plus
  • A natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented with a “make it happen” attitude
  • Bonus: Experience in the financial services or investment industry
  • Salary range: $50,000- $55,000 per year
