AWP Safety, Inc is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support the Atlantic Canada team in day-to-day office operations and client communications. You will greet visitors, manage phone lines, respond to emails, and provide clerical support across multiple departments.

The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in AWP Safety’s growth by assisting the Atlantic Canada team with multiple projects and duties related to the efficient and effective operation of the office. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant must be comfortable performing multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness, high levels of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with customers and other department staff.
