Day to Day responsibility
  • Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
  • Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.
  • Proven ability in an inside sales and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge and information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
  • Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
  • Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skillsare required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
Qualifications and Success
  • You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
  • You have exceptional customer service skills.
  • You have 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred). You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
  • You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb. tires around as needed.
  • You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
