Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative in Dartmouth, NS. This seasonal, temporary full-time role involves helping customers select products and services, processing transactions, and coordinating with the shop team to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

Front Counter Sales Representative | Seasonal | Temporary Full-time | $18.91/Hour

Location:42 Isnor Dr, Dartmouth, NS

If you enjoy working with customers, staying busy, and being part of a team, this role is a good fit.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store - helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries
• Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions
• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Store Details

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Hiring Process
