Overview

Please note this role is located in Tisdale and surrounding areas, including Humboldt.

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, your main accountabilities are: (1) selling and developing the business, and (2) servicing customers through delivery and merchandising. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining a snack foods business with assigned retail customers, such as grocery, gas, and convenience stores.

Compensation: $60K

Responsibilities

  • Managing product placement on shelves, increasing shelf facings, handling carton returns, inventory movements, and cleaning shelving and racks
  • Identifying changing customer needs by reviewing top-selling products regularly
  • Developing assigned accounts based on sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service goals
  • Selling and implementing national and local promotions, soliciting placement of marketing equipment, displays, racks, and managing product inventory to meet customer demands
  • Managing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers

Hours: 40+

Shifts: Vary; full-time availability including weekends is required

Qualifications

  • Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license
  • Reliable access to a vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous sales experience in consumer-packaged goods or retail preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve, and meet targets
