Responsibilities
  • Owns selling, growth targets and unsaleable performance for ethnic retail customers (approximately 30-50 stores)
  • Responsible for Selling of All Thematic Displays / Priorities / AD Activity and making recommendations for improvements/actions where necessary.
  • Forecasts Inventory & reviews order quality weekly
  • Conducts Business Reviews With Customers 1 per period
  • Executes all Joint Business Plans and permanent racking agreements
  • Actively communicates with District Leader, Route Sales Reps, Sales Operations and Customer Account teams
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese language is required (verbal and written)
  • Previous selling experience with a track records of achieving sales targets
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, with ability to influence across all levels from front line managers to senior management (e.g. owner operators)
  • Demonstrated people leadership and ability to coach others
  • Able to work well and thrive in environments where you are equally comfortable working alone or working as a key contributor to a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Valid G license, access to a car, with a clear drivers abstract
  • A professional image, ethical standards and a high level of integrity
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
