Job summary

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a sales merchandiser to ensure shelves and displays are stocked with PepsiCo products and to deliver outstanding customer service across assigned accounts in Surrey. The role involves early shifts on weekends and stat holidays, with a focus on freshness, display setup, and back-room organization.

You will work with minimal supervision, lifting heavy loads and using a pallet jack as needed, while representing the PepsiCo brand in a positive, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Merchandising or retail customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, squat and reach over shoulder.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds with a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, racks and displays with PepsiCo products.
• Utilize Point-of-Sale materials.
• Keep back-room stock neat and orderly; maintain shelf cleanliness.
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts and maintain goodwill.

Overview

The sales merchandiser contributes to the success of Frito Lay Canada by providing exceptional customer service to various large and small accounts, such as supermarkets and variety stores. This includes merchandising products, freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, storage roomorganizationand movement of product from storage to the sales floor.

Compensation: $20.96/hour

Shifts: Saturdays, Sundays, Statutory Holidays; 4-7AM start time

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, racks and displays with PepsiCo products
• Utilize Point-of-Sale materials
• Keep back-room stock in neat and orderly condition, ensure shelving cleanliness is maintained
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
