Job summary

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a committed Sales Merchandiser to support stores across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will merchandise shelves, set up displays, rotate freshness, and move products from storage to the sales floor while upholding cleanliness and stock integrity.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Shifts run Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour work week and driving between accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; clean driving record.
• Merchandising or retail customer service experience is helpful.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical requirements: lift 50+ lbs, push/pull up to 200 lbs with pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Overview

The sales merchandiser contributes to the success of Frito Lay Canada by providing exceptional customer service to various large and small accounts, such as supermarkets and variety stores. This includes merchandising products, freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor.

Compensation

$1044.40/week

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, racks and displays with PepsiCo products
• Utilize Point-of-Sale materials
• Keep back-room stock in neat and orderly condition, ensure shelving cleanliness is maintained
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner

Hours: 40

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
• Merchandising or retail customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching over shoulder
• Able to lift 50 plus pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds using a pallet jack
