Overview

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, your main accountabilities are:

  1. Selling and developing the business
  2. Servicing customers through delivery and merchandising

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a growing snack foods business with assigned retail customers, such as grocery, gas, and convenience stores.

Compensation: $63K

Responsibilities
  • Managing product placement, increasing shelf facings, handling carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning shelving and racks
  • Monitoring customer needs by reviewing top-selling products regularly
  • Developing assigned accounts based on sales volume, market share, product distribution, and customer service goals
  • Executing promotions, soliciting marketing equipment placement, and selling inventory to meet customer demands
  • Managing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers

Hours: 40+ hours/week

Shifts: Thursday to Monday

Qualifications
  • Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous sales experience in consumer-packaged goods or retail preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve, and meet targets
