Job summary

Red Robin Vernon is hiring servers to join our front-of-house team at 5601 Anderson Wy #400, Vernon, BC V1T 9V1. You’ll take care of guests with a friendly, welcoming approach and help create the Red Robin dining experience.

Base wage is $18.25/hour + tips with flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, health benefits for eligible full-time teammates, and opportunities to grow into Shift Supervisor and Management roles.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong people skills and willingness to learn.
• Training provided to become a confident Server.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive experience from start to finish.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Learning the menu and making recommendations.
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Processing payments and keeping tables tidy.
• Collaborating with Hosts, Bartenders, Expeditors, kitchen staff and leaders.
