Friendly Brand Representative

Full Time • Sylvan Lake

We are looking for an extremely kind, fun, and warm individual to help represent our brand to insurance agents and contractors.

We would give you a company car and a daily route for you to travel to. Your job is to hand out business cards and network with the referral source. Build relationships!

Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
• Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing.
• Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
• Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling.
• Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.

• Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers.
• Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
