Job summary

Responsibilities

• Zone the department to keep shelves and product organized.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly.
• Adhere to cold-chain policies, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
