Responsibilities

• Zone the department to keep product shelves, tables and bunkers organized and in the correct location.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly.
• Adhere to cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates and expiration dates.
• Follow ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels procedures.
