Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, packages and labels meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken and ribs.
• Assembles take-and–bake pizzas and various prepared foods.
• Slices vegetables for salads and garnishes; assembles trays and meals.
• Packages, wraps, seals, weighs and labels products; stocks display cases.
• Maintains sanitation; follows health codes and safety procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work areas; performs routine maintenance as needed.
• Provides prompt and courteous member service.
• Counts product on hand and documents production and sanitation checks.
