Excellent command of French.
Proficiency with Google Workspace is an asset.
Knowledge of a newsroom production environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop staff assignment plans for the Montreal News Centre.
Coordinate data, reports, spreadsheets and timelines to produce these plans efficiently.
Negotiate terms with stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
Coordinate information across departments to establish assignment schedules and secure approvals.
Participate in on-call shifts, with remote coverage for last-minute replacements.
