These positions will be effective for the September 1, 2025 new school year.

Surrey Schools is currently seeking Elementary and Secondary French Immersion teachers (Grades K-12) for Priority Teacher Teaching on Call CONTRACT positions. Candidates must have a strong desire to develop the French language skills of our young learners. Opportunities are available to collaborate with other French language teachers and work within the program to ensure quality education is provided to our students.

Priority TTOC (Teacher Teaching on Call) position is a temporary placement. The teacher will work as a TTOC until a suitable long-term placement becomes available within the District.

Job Requirements

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate
• Experience and/or training teaching French Immersion
• Must have fluent oral and written French experience and/or training.

Salary range is $ 59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement. In the event the 2025 Salary Grid is made available the current grid will be updated.
