What you'll bring

• Minimum of two (2) years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software for preparing and filing personal tax returns, including complex cases.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on the region, with potential bonuses, stock rewards, and benefits. Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and location, with ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity.
