Responsibilities:

• Provide professional tax preparation assistance, requiring at least 2 years of paid experience.
• Provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Utilize professional tax software to prepare and file complex personal tax returns.
• Help clients navigate tax complexities and enhance our brand by delivering excellent service.
• Interact professionally via video and audio tools, maintaining confidentiality and confidence.
• Work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Skills & Abilities:

• Fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
• Ability to resolve complex issues, escalate when necessary, and utilize resources effectively.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with basic troubleshooting skills.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits, depending on location and experience. We are committed to pay equity and regularly review compensation across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax.
• Provide guidance, review personal tax returns, and manage inquiries related to products/software.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate, understandable answers.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing advanced video communication tools, with documentation of interactions for accurate record-keeping.
