Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their tax returns using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and review personal tax returns for clients preparing their own taxes.
• Prepare complete tax returns and manage product / software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers.
• Document interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for client representation.
• Experience with professional tax software for complex individual returns.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
• Excellent customer service skills, confident in video and audio communication.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours, minimum 20 hours / week.

Additional Assets

• Experience with Business Tax (T2) and Quebec Tax (TP1) returns.
