French Bilingual Tax Accountant – Work from Home

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will help our clients complete their tax returns using TurboImpôt products. You will provide tax advice, review personal tax returns prepared by clients, prepare complete tax filings, and manage product/software inquiries, all to support our mission of fostering prosperity worldwide.
- You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in understandable terms.
- This is a virtual, customer-facing role requiring the use of advanced video communication tools to interact with clients, and you will document all interactions to maintain precise records.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
- Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services upon onboarding.
- Experience with professional tax software for personal tax returns, including complex situations like employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
- Passion for assisting clients with tax complexities and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Excellent customer service skills, with confidence in using video and audio communication tools professionally and amicably.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, with at least 20 hours per week.
Additional qualifications:
- Experience preparing corporate tax returns (T2).
- Experience preparing Quebec tax returns (TP1).
