Responsibilities

Invoice Processing
  • Ensure invoices are processed accurately within five business days of receipt using Basware and JDE for payment.
Troubleshoot Discrepancies
  • Address and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with Carriers, Customers, internal Accounts Payable team, internal Transportation department, and external partners.
Producing Weekly Reports
  • Generate and reconcile weekly carrier auto-voucher reports for payment processing.
  • Produce expeditor reports weekly.
Reconcile Carrier Statements
  • Reconcile carrier statements against transportation outstanding accruals.
Reporting
  • Monitor audit reports and challenge discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update late order reason reports.
  • Prepare month-end reports and tracking.
  • Perform accrual reporting to Corporate for 3rd Party Logistics.
Fuel Entry
  • Enter all carrier and customer fuel rates accurately in JDE.

Qualifications

Education
  • High School diploma required; some college education considered an asset.
Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
Job Requirements
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
