Freight Coordinator

Location: Toronto - 255 Wicksteed
Employment Status: Salary Full-Time

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 plus Specialized Business of Trade Courses
• Able to work with freight vendors, both trucking and ocean, to arrange shipments
• Software: Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Office, VPN

Job Responsibilities

• Invoice verification ensuring payment approval and correct allocation.
• Database maintenance for products that return to the US to help improve administrative efficiency.
• CUSMA certificates (old NAFTA) coordination with suppliers, obtaining updated CUSMA certificates within SAP.
• Set up trucking and ocean freight pickups as required.
• Follow up and tracking of shipments as needed.
• Complete customs paperwork for shipments to the US.
• Support the Export Department for the sale of Canadian-made products to Lincoln Distributors in Central and South America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Assist and/or prepare quotations; provide price and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized files of all export orders.
