We’re not looking for someone to clock in—we’re looking for a builder. A freight hunter. A closer. A customer-first operator who can price freight, move it, and keep clients coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Price FTL and LTL across Canada and the U.S. in brokered lanes
• Land new freight using your relationships and hustle
• Dispatch and track shipments through delivery
• Maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners
• Own the customer experience end-to-end

Who You Are

• You have brokerage experience and already move freight independently
• You’ve got a book of business and are ready to grow it
• You understand how to price and move FTL & LTL profitably
• You’re organized, accountable, and hungry to scale
• You work well remotely and want to own your outcomes

• Commission-based pay – you will make a base salary of 55-60K per year + commission, the more you move, the more you earn
