Job description

About Us:

Millenilink is a forward-thinking technology human capital organization passionate about creating content that connects, informs, and inspires both hiring decision-makers and top technical talent. We offer services in technology recruitment as well as tech talent advisory. We’re growing our content team and are looking for a junior to intermediate freelance videographer who’s excited to bring storytelling to life in a business-to-business context.

The Role:

As our in-house Video Content Creator, you can expect roughly 3 to 5 hours per week on average with more time for special events. You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for platforms like LinkedIn, video blogs and potentially YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to create educational and engaging video content that helps us grow our brand with prospective customers and employees for our organization. This will be everything from “to-camera” insights to candidate/employer interviews and content series. The ability to contribute a video strategy to our larger marketing effort and calendar is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit primarily short-form video content for social media and our website
  • Experience or ability to direct subject(s) of the video for optimal video output
  • Direct and produce individual-to-camera videos, podcast-style interviews, and b-roll
  • Contribute creative concepts and formats for video content that inform and entertain our core audiences (employers & technical professionals)
  • Optimize video output for LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring strong hooks and fast engagement
  • Maintain video brand guidelines and storytelling tone aligned with our company’s voice
  • Stay current with video and social trends; especially what’s working on LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for potential adaptation
  • Understanding or curiosity of AI tools for video
  • Organize and archive footage, project files, and re-purposable clips for future content use

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 1–3 years of experience filming and editing content for business (portfolio required)
  • Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to light and mic interviews and solo shoots (in-office or on-location)
  • Familiarity with social media video formats, trends, and storytelling hooks
  • Creative instincts paired with a professional, business-to-business mindset
  • An understanding (or curiosity) about technology, recruiting, or career content
  • Bonus: Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, or managing social channels

Nice-to-Have:

  • Motion graphics or light animation skills
  • Long form video content experience
  • Experience interviewing people on camera or coaching others during shoots
  • Photography skills for headshots, events, or social posts

What You’ll Get:

  • A creative role with a growing brand that values original content
  • Flexibility in shooting schedules and content planning
  • Mentorship and collaboration from a driven, supportive team
  • Opportunity to grow with us as we scale content production
