Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team and help lead digital design and web experience projects.

This role focuses on delivering thoughtful design work that elevates brand experiences across global touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects requiring strategic thinking, brand consistency, and digital craftsmanship.

You Will:

• Lead the design of digital experiences, primarily for web
• Translate brand principles into cohesive, modern design systems
• Work with UX, strategy, and development teams
• Maintain design standards across global markets
• Manage your workstream and client communications proactively
• Develop concepts and communicate ideas effectively
• Balance strategic development with client objectives
• Guide and delegate within creative disciplines
• Contribute to the growth of the creative department
• Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with a strong digital design portfolio
• Proven experience in web design and design systems
• Expertise in Figma and a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of UX principles (not a UX/Product role)
• Experience in motion design or After Effects is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects end-to-end
• Proactive and autonomous working style
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with creative teams
