You will work across Vancouver locations, promoting the brand, achieving event sales goals, and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Promote the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury in-store.
• Achieve sales targets through exceptional makeup artistry and service.
• Deliver a personalized shopping experience aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
• Lead by example in customer service to promote the Tilbury Touch.
• Demonstrate a cooperative approach and open communication with colleagues.
• Ensure the counter is customer ready from open to close, with clean displays and tools.
• Assist with events, stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
