We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote - Contract Part-Time) to join our team and produce compelling visual content that communicates our clients' brand messages effectively. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, strong organizational and collaborative skills, and demonstrates accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences, ensuring all designs align with their branding and messaging
• Create high-quality, visually appealing design materials for various marketing channels, including print, digital, web, and social media
• Assist with creating pitch decks, presentations, and client proposals
• Support the creation of post-production assets for video and photography for marketing purposes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
• Adhere to brand campaign and launch calendars in project management and delivery
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Industries, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design within marketing or advertising, with a portfolio showcasing skills
• Located within commuting distance to Toronto, Ontario, Canada
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote
• Proven excellence in digital design, production, and print
• Bonus: experience with photography, retouching, video production and editing, animation, motion graphics, and 3D
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
