Job summary

Red Bull Canada is seeking an Event Vehicle Coordinator (Freelancer) to manage the Red Bull Event Vehicle across regional events. You will plan schedules, ensure vehicle performance, and support in content creation with the social media team.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing, budget handling, and strong communication skills. Travel is frequent; a valid driver’s license is essential. This is a part-time, temporary freelance position within Field Marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience.
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships & budget management.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Keep the event vehicle in top operational condition and maintain its premium appearance.
• Plan and execute the regional EV schedule across events and activities.
• Support content programming with the Social Media team for EV-related posts.
• Maintain travel and entertainment budgets and track expenditures.
• Report EV activity to Field Marketing Manager and National Event Manager monthly.
