Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, innovative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Director-Regional Surgical Program . The Clinical Director will work in partnership with the Executive Director of the Regional Surgical Program and Physician Program Lead and working in collaboration with their team, the successful incumbent will provide strategic and operational leadership for the surgical program primarily out of the Fredericton region.

Who You Are
You have worked as a healthcare leader for a minimum of 7 years. You have experience in healthcare administration, mentoring, leading, facilitating, team building, negotiation, decision-making and conflict resolution.
You hold a master's degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent training and experience within a clinical profession. Surgical and operating room experience is an asset.
You have 5-8 years of progressive administrative and management experience in the healthcare sector.
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. Proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Director for the Regional Surgical Care Program will lead and facilitate the delivery of quality care in close collaboration with the applicable Horizon Clinical Networks/Programs.
