The Fraud Operations Team is looking to fill an investigator position on the Fraud Servicing Team. The ideal candidate will work case queues and take ownership of various responsibilities, from ad hoc reviews to complex projects. They should have a deep understanding of their work and case types, as well as familiarity with other Ops teams' operations. With minimal direction, they will prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and meet production and accuracy goals. They will also support teammates and shared services, handle escalations, and manage challenging cases.
Pay Grade: D
Equity Grade: 1
New employees typically start at the beginning of the pay range, which is based on location, experience, and skills.
Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, part of a total compensation package including stipends and benefits.
