Job summary

Fidelity Canada seeks a Fraud Analyst to join Operations Controls and Fraud Management in Toronto, with a hybrid schedule and later a Mississauga office.

You will monitor alerts, assess policies, and participate in regulatory projects; collaborate across teams; requires 3+ years in financial services and 2+ years in fraud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, mutual funds experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a fraud function with fraud detection knowledge.
• Experience participating in cross-departmental working groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Policy management: assess policies to comply with new regulations and align materials.
• Daily monitoring: review alerts to identify potential fraud and determine investigation steps.
• Monitoring programs: maintain CS monitoring program and fulfill reporting timelines.
• Projects: participate in regulatory projects as a subject matter expert.
