  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our event and group clients:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries (emails, walk-ins, phone calls) and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct prospecting
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and BEOs, ensuring deposit and final payment deadlines are met
  • Understand client needs and offer the best solutions (venues, menus, additional services)
  • Coordinate all aspects of events (floor plans, billing, etc.)
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle sales of individual and group rooms, manage room blocks, and achieve revenue targets
  • Be present on-site during events and group stays, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
