The Role

We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience for each guest—from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service

  • Manage team scheduling and ensure optimal coverage and service levels

  • Uphold the highest standards of guest experience and front desk operations

  • Oversee arrivals, departures, room assignments, and guest requests

  • Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns and handle issues with professionalism and care

  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth guest stays

  • Monitor billing accuracy, payments, cash handling, and guest accounts

  • Organize regular team meetings to review performance and align on goals

Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role in upscale hospitality

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (a third language is a strong asset)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence

  • Highly organized with the ability to resolve problems efficiently

  • Proficient in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
