Your Day to Day

We are seeking a high-energy, people-oriented manager to lead our front office at the new, award-winning Holiday Inn Express. Your role will be to set the tone for delivering memorable guest experiences from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Directing front office activities while developing and coaching your team to excel in guest service
  • Creating a positive working environment and fostering collaboration across departments
  • Providing guests with all necessary information to ensure a memorable stay
  • Overseeing night audit functions
  • Conducting routine inspections of the front office and public areas, and taking immediate action to address any deficiencies
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of guest service/hotel experience, including 1 year in a management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
