Job summary

RWC Systems seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee workforce planning and labor activities across multiple construction sites in Saskatchewan and Alberta. You will lead crews, coordinate schedules with Project Managers and Site Foremen, and ensure budget alignment and safety compliance.

Starting with training at a Prince Albert project before transitioning to the Red Deer Hospital project, you will mentor field staff, enforce quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement on site

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education is required.
• Construction Project Management fundamentals are essential.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with scheduling applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labour activities on all assigned RWC projects.
• Lead crews and coordinate with Project Managers and Site Foremen.
• Ensure labour budget alignment and timely attendance across sites.
• Administer onboarding, safety documentation, and quality control.
• Coordinate with multiple sites and provide guidance to site leadership.
