Ideal candidates have basic math and measuring skills, retail experience, and a customer-first attitude. The role involves evenings, weekends, and lifting duties in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; ensure compliance.
• Build customer relationships and provide Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and timeliness.
• Maintain framing department and stock replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact positively with teammates and model company values.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
