Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Scarborough, ON seeks a Framing Manager to lead a team of framers and drive custom framing sales while delivering high-quality solutions. You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs, and act as MOD to uphold SOPs and store standards.

This on-site role requires adapting to nights and weekends; mentoring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload.
• Achieve KPI and manage framing team to achieve their KPI.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time.
• Manage inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training of new Team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt.

Drive custom framing sales.
