Job summary

The Government of Canada is looking for entry-level construction workers to assist with various tasks at construction sites. Responsibilities include loading materials, erecting forms and shoring, and cleaning debris. This position provides on-site training and requires work to be carried out at the physical location.

  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
