We are hiring an experienced Lead Hand Framer / Carpenter who can successfully lead a team and ensure that we can continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. Responsibilities : The successful applicant must be able to perform the following tasks :

  • Successfully lead a crew of 2-4 team members
  • Installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, door frames, hardware, interior / exterior trim
  • Fitting and installing window frames.
  • Repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks and floors
  • Construction of outdoor decks, fences and outdoor living structures
  • Other duties as assigned. Requirements :
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar carpentry position
  • Driver’s Licence / Transportation
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to read / interpret blueprints when necessary.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Organized and results oriented.
  • Own basic tools would be an asset. The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits and a bonus plan.
