We’re hiring a part-time sales closer to help convert warm B2B leads into paying clients.
Our company, Nutrition Clarity Academy, offers a plug-and-play workplace nutrition training program designed to help employers reduce burnout, improve retention, and lower healthcare costs. We serve employers directly, and also work with brokers and insurers as strategic partners.
You’ll be speaking with:
• HR and benefits leaders at small to large size companies
• Wellness and Total Rewards decision-makers
• Occasionally, brokers or insurers looking to license the program for client groups
This is a warm-lead, value-based sales environment — no cold calling required. You’ll step in after discovery form submissions, LinkedIn conversations, or email inquiries and help guide prospects through the decision process.
What You’ll Do:
• Join or run discovery calls with qualified employer or enterprise leads
• Confidently explain pricing, ROI, and training outcomes
• Follow up via email/LinkedIn to address objections and move deals forward
• Collaborate with our team on messaging refinement and tracking
• Have experience closing B2B service or training offers ($5K–$100k+)
• Understand how to navigate HR, wellness, or benefits-based buying conversations
• Know how to lead with outcomes, not just features
• Feel confident guiding warm leads from interest to closed deal
• Can work part-time, asynchronously, with professionalism and clarity
Compensation:
• Hourly pay for sales calls and follow-up
• Commission per closed deal
• Flat bonus payments for larger enterprise contracts (based on deal size and sales involvement)
